Acceptable Use Policy

This policy says what you must not build or do with Nursery. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Do not build or use Nursery for

• Phishing, or collecting passwords, card details, UPI details or other payment information under false pretences.
• Impersonation: pretending to be a real person, brand or business without their permission.
• Scams, fraud or fake reviews.
• Gambling or betting.
• Adult content.
• Illegal goods or services.
• Malware, or anything that harms devices or data.
• Spam.
• Attacks on other systems, such as hacking, overloading or scanning without permission.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
• Anything unlawful in India.

AI provider rules

Nursery uses AI models from Anthropic. You must also follow Anthropic's usage policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup

What we may do

If a project breaks this policy, we may:

• refuse to put it live
• take it down
• suspend or close your account

For serious harm, we may do this without notice. We may also report it to the authorities where the law requires.
