Privacy Policy
Who we are
Nursery is run by Yashjay Private Limited (CIN U62099GJ2026PTC173425), 1 to 12, 14 to 22, 2nd Floor, Ascon City, Citylight Road, Surat 395007, Gujarat, India. For your personal data on Nursery, we are the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.
What we collect
- Email address: to create your account and sign you in.
- Sign-in records: when you signed in and the one-time codes we sent.
- Your projects: your messages to the agent, files you upload, the code and the apps that are built.
- Payment records: amounts, dates and Razorpay references. We never see your full card number or your UPI credentials. Razorpay handles those.
- Usage and logs: credits used, actions taken, errors, and technical details such as IP address and browser, to keep the service running and safe.
Why we use it
- To give you an account and sign you in.
- To build, preview, host and run your projects.
- To take payments, keep your credit balance and issue tax invoices.
- To keep Nursery secure and fix problems.
- To reply when you write to us.
- To follow the law, including tax law.
We use your data on the basis of your consent when you sign up, and for legitimate uses allowed by the DPDP Act, such as meeting legal duties.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your projects to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers who help run Nursery:

We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with a government agency or court under a valid order.
Data sent outside India
Your prompts and project content are sent to Anthropic PBC in the United States so the AI model can build what you ask. By using Nursery, you agree to this transfer. Everything else is stored on AWS in Mumbai, India.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
- While your account is open, we keep your account data.
- After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 (ninety) days.
- Some records must be kept by law. Tax and payment records are kept for 8 (eight) years.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can:
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct: ask us to correct or complete your data.
- Erase: ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent: stop using Nursery and ask us to close your account. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
- Grievance: complain to our Grievance Officer, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate: name another person to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act.

Children
Nursery is not for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Apps you build
If your site or app built on Nursery collects data from your own visitors or customers, you are the data fiduciary for that data. We process it only on your behalf, to host and run your app. You must give your own visitors a privacy notice and handle their requests.
Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app.
