Delivery Policy

Everything is digital

Nursery is an online service. We do not ship any physical goods. Nothing is sent by post or courier.

Credits

• When you buy credits, they appear in your Nursery wallet as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.
• This usually takes a few seconds.
• You can see your balance in the app.

Builds and sites

• The agent builds your website or app inside Nursery and shows you a live preview.
• When you choose to put it live, it goes on a free address (yourname.gardensoftheweb.com) or on your own domain.
• If you use your own domain, it can take some time for your domain's DNS settings to take effect. This depends on your domain provider.

If credits do not appear

If money has left your account but the credits are not in your wallet, write to care@gardensoftheweb.com with the date, the amount and the Razorpay payment reference. If the payment failed, it is refunded in full, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
