Terms of Service

Who we are

Nursery is a product of Yashjay Private Limited, under its brand Gardens of the Web. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Yashjay Private Limited. "You" means the person or business using Nursery.

By creating an account or using Nursery, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Nursery.

What Nursery does

You describe a website or app in plain words. An AI agent builds it and shows you a live preview. When you are ready, Nursery can put it live on a free address (yourname.gardensoftheweb.com) or on your own domain.

Private beta

Nursery is in private beta. Accounts are by invite only. Features may change, be paused or be removed while we improve the service.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nursery.
• Give us a real email address that you control.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us at once at care@gardensoftheweb.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Credits and payment

• Nursery works on credits. 1 credit = ₹1 (one rupee).
• You can buy credit packs of ₹199 (one hundred and ninety-nine rupees), ₹499 (four hundred and ninety-nine rupees), ₹999 (nine hundred and ninety-nine rupees) and ₹2,499 (two thousand four hundred and ninety-nine rupees).
• GST at 18% is charged on top of the pack price. Our SAC code is 998314.
• Payments are taken through Razorpay, by UPI or card.
• Each build or change uses credits for the AI work it took. The cost is shown after each run.
• If a fix is needed because of the agent's own mistake, we do not charge for that fix.
• New beta accounts get 200 free credits (worth ₹200 of use). Free credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
• Monthly plans may be offered later. Plans and prices are shown on the site when offered. We may change them with notice to you.

What you own

• You own what you create in Nursery: your words, your files, and the code and content the agent produces for you.
• You give us only the licence we need to host, run, back up and show your project, so that Nursery can work for you.
• We do not use your projects to train AI models.
• You must have the right to use anything you upload, such as logos, photos and text.

AI output

• The agent can make mistakes. What it builds can be wrong or incomplete.
• Check what is built before you rely on it or put it live. Take extra care with prices, legal content and medical or health content.
• You are responsible for what you choose to put live.
• Nursery uses AI models from Anthropic. You must also follow Anthropic's usage policy: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup

Apps and sites you build

• If your site or app collects data from your own visitors or customers, you are responsible for that data. Under Indian law you are the data fiduciary for it.
• We process that data only on your behalf, to host and run your app.
• You must tell your visitors how you use their data and follow the laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse to put a site live, take it down, or suspend your account if you break it. For serious harm we may do this without notice.

Your own domain

If you connect your own domain, you must own it or have the right to use it. You are responsible for renewing it and for its DNS settings.

Ending your account

• You can close your account at any time by writing to care@gardensoftheweb.com.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the law.
• When your account is closed, your sites stop running.
• What happens to your data after closing is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Service provided as is

During the beta, Nursery is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or right for your purpose.

Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 (three) months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, business, revenue or data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Nursery after that, the new terms apply.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
